Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should you not be fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Returns:​​ To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and include all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required. Please note that custom-made or personalized items, promotional sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Initiate a Return:​​ To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at customer@listebaz.com. In your email, include your order details, the reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable. Returns initiated without prior authorization will not be accepted. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide specific return shipping instructions and the designated return address.

Return Shipping:​​ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns based on personal preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selected). Fees will vary based on the shipping carrier and service selected. We require the use of a trackable shipping service; please share the provided tracking number with us via email. Listebaz will cover return shipping costs exclusively for items received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please notify us of such issues within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

Processing Returns & Refunds:​​ Carefully package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided return address. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on our eligibility criteria. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days following inspection. Please allow additional time for the financial institution to reflect the credit in your account.

Exchanges:​​ Direct exchanges are not available. To obtain a different size, color, or item, please return the original item using the process outlined above. Upon completion of that return, you may place a separate order for the desired replacement item.
